New Online “OpenGov” Permits & Licenses System
We are simplifying the permits and inspections process to save you time and help your projects move forward with confidence. Online permitting services will pause from March 24th at 5PM to April 6th at 8AM. The current online system will be unavailable for new submissions and updates to existing records while we complete the system migration. The new, improved OpenGov online system will be available starting April 6th. We’ll post a link here when that happens.

*IMPORTANT: Beware of wire fraud scams, where scammers impersonate City officials to trick applicants into wiring money for fake fees. These scammers often use official names and logos to request immediate payment for ‘approved’ applications. In some cases, scammers send fake invoices and request that funds be wired. We do not request wire transfers. Always verify, in person at City Hall or by phone at (603) 352-5440, if you receive a request for payment for the various applications listed here, and do not wire transfer funds.
