Schedule Appointments By Phone: Call toll-free at (888) 844-4300, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. (Booking by phone is required to book more than two parcels.)
Schedule Appointments Online: Visit vgsi.com/schedules (the link is posted in the comments), select Keene, NH Hearings, and follow the instructions. If you have trouble booking online or need a date and time that is not on the schedule, please call the phone number above.

Construction Update: Emergency Access
Keeping emergency vehicles moving through downtown is a top priority throughout the Downtown Infrastructure Project.
The City, Casella Construction, Liberty Utilities, and our emergency responders have been working closely together to plan each phase of construction. This coordination helps ensure police, fire, and ambulance crews can continue to respond quickly when needed.
While you may see temporary traffic changes during construction, emergency access to and through downtown will be maintained.
Thank you for your patience as we complete these important improvements to our community. Visit KeeneNH.gov/downtown to learn more.
